Melted Plastic.
Horrible. Used as directed but hair was not removed well, did not hold heat well to retain consistency and ended up in a huge mess of wasted "wax" strips after removal. Used up more than half the container on lower legs and will still have to shave to remove the left over hair.

Works Well On Bikini
I have been using this product to wax my bikini/brazillian. It works amazingly. It's less painful than the salon which is a plus because I felt as if I had to be drunk in order to have a brazillian wax done. It does not leave my skin red nor does it cause those pesky red bumps. However it totally sucks for upper lip hair and chin hair. Tried it, didn't remove a single hair. I really think this product should be marketed as a bikini wax. I would recommend tho ladies that if you are going to wax and use this product, that you have a bag ready to put all the hard used strips that you used to remove the hairs. I tend to lock myself in the bathroom and do this and then have no where to put the strips as you cannot flush'em.
Try It-it's Awesome.
I love this product. It is so much easier to use than old fashioned wax or the sugar formulas. Cire divine doesn't adhere to skin the way wax does - so it doesn't hurt as much. I can even talk on the phone during waxing- no cussing issues. The smell is okay. Because it's not water soluble, it's tricky to clean up a microwave spill, which has happened only once in 7 years. I try other products periodically, but always come back to this one. All waxing products stick to gel nails or polish - use the moisturising wipe provided in the box.

Horrible
It was messy, stringy and did not remove hair as indicated. Followed all instructions and still nothing. Never buy it ever again.
Works Pretty Good!
I have pretty thick leg (and underarm) hair (AND I HATE IT!) and I found this product to work really well. What I found is, the longer the hair, the better it works. Even though it kinda sucks to leave my hair growing in the summer to get it to a good length. And yes, there is only one wooden applicator, but what I do is, as soon as I've heated the wax, I dip the applicator in for a bit and it melts all the wax on the applicator and you can scrape most of it off and back into the tub! :) And I've worn nail polish and it's stuck on before, I have another tip: rub vaseline all over your fingernails. Maybe a few times during your waxing session. Doesn't have to be very much, but it stops the wax from sticking to your nail polish :D It's not the BEST, does leave some hairs, but I just shave those off and that's it. :)

Please Don't Buy This Product, Girls!
This isn't the worst product on the market. Nevertheless, I think this product is a complete waste of time and money. I don't understand why it's on the market. I followed all the instructions, but once I got to the point of actually putting it onto my skin (making sure that the wax wasn't too hot for me), I was unable to remove it after the recommended 20 seconds. I also had clear nail polish on, and trying to remove the wax from the portion I applied to as well as from my hands was not a great experience.
Please don't buy this product. If you are really willing to go through the trial and error of learning how to use this product, I'm sure you can remove the hair you want, as it did somewhat remove the hair without irritating my skin too much. However, if you want something that's quick and easy, best bets are on the wax strips. As for Nair's "Cire Divine", you may want to reconsider. /:

Love This Product!
I'm so surprised to see all the bad reviews about this product. It works great on me even with ''shortish'' hair. The was pulls off great when left to cool on the skin for the recomended 20 seconds.
My hair is not that coarse but I haven't had to touch up any spots and my sensitive and dry skin responded well to this product.
At last, I picked the tahitian gardenia scent and it smells fine, not too strong.
After doing my 2 legs, there is still more than half of the jar left.
I would definatly buy this again.

I Thought The Wax Was Great. I've Used The Strip
I thought the wax was great. I've used the strip wax before, and I have to say that hot wax is much better. I waxed my underarms today and I got all of the hair off easily. I used it on my legs and I got the the same great result. It's definitely worth the money, and I've still got 3/4 of the tub left! One thing that kind of irks me is that there's only one wooden applicator, and the wax sticks to the applicator no matter how much I try to pull it off. Other than that, the wax is great! I don't know why others are saying the scent is bad, because I find it to be a nice light scent.

Omg - So Disappointed. I Am Quite Concerned At To
OMG - so disappointed. I am quite concerned at to what chemicals I am actually putting on my body. There is a definite smell and consistency which is reminiscent of melted plastic. I would hold my breath as to what they define as wax. I have waxed every waxable part of my body at home for around 20 years. I would definately not use this product again and question its ingredients and whether it is safe to use on the skin. Feels and looks like you are spreading a melted barbie doll on your skin. Hot organic wax is the best!

I Can't Believe All The Bad Reviews On Here! I Wa
I can't believe all the bad reviews on here! I was so excited to have found this wax, tried it out, and loved it! I have used all kids of wax and the last year had given up as it was too much of a hassle for the time it took. I find if you read the instructions on this, it works perfectly. I've used it on my arms, legs, bikini line and even on my upper lip. It takes a bit of getting used to (messy til you get the hang of it), but apart from that it's great. I haven't had to go over any spots more than once, and it's been quick and effective.
