They charge a lot of money and they don't deliver. It seemed like they just want your money. I spent £1500 and I want my money back. The laser hair removal did not even work. They say anything to make you pay up but then backtrack when it does not work. I will be seeking legal advice. A very unprofessional place.

I always wanted to have laser hair removed and a friend of mine recommended The Harley Laser Specialist, as she had done the fat freezing treatment and got very good results. When I went there for the first time I was told to wait in the main reception and precisely when was the time of my appointment they sent me to the clinic, which is just the next door. Once I got there the receptionist gave me some forms to fill and soon I was called for the consultation. During the consultation they explained to me how the treatment works and prices for separated areas I wanted to have treated. Now I am on my 3rd session and I cant believe the results. Some areas have worked better then others, but I think its just normal.

I had laser hair removal at the Harley Laser Specialists clinic. I have had absolutely no results whatsoever on the hair removal treatment on my face after 10 treatments.. They just rushed each treatment as they do cheap treatments they cram customers in despite not achieving any results it seems. I wasted about £400 so far with them and wish I had never gone to this bargain basement clinic. You get what you pay for is my new motto! I've learnt the hard way.

I went for a laser hair removal consultation. My appointment was at 4pm but I turned up about 10mims early. I was let in by a member of staff and was told to take a seat and fill out a questionnaire. About 10mins later another member of staff took my questionnaire and assured me I would be seen very soon ... I was still waiting over an hour later!!! Eventually I received a phone call from Harley Laser Specialists telling me I had missed my appointment. I explained to them that I was, in fact, in their waiting area to which they did not apologise but swiftly ushered me into a treatment room. After a consultation which lasted about 5mins, including having a test past done, I was told I must leave a £100 deposit for treatment. Apparently you must book a course of six, and no individual treatments. I explained I was due to go on holiday within the 10 days and was told I would not be able to have the treatment before so I should phone to book appointment once my skin has returned to its normal colour after my holiday. I have since moved to Ireland and am no longer able to get to London for treatment. I phoned to explain this and was told under circumstances will they offer me a refund on my deposit. This company have just taken £100 from me and told me that I would have to come to London from Belfast just to have a treatment worth £100!!! Very very disappointing. This may be a far cheaper company but their service is atrocious!
