I have been using Permanent Beauty for a while and I have found them to be friendly, helpful and discreet. They look after you and explain everthing well. Laser hair removal worked so well on my dark hair and pale skin. Now I wear dresses, shorts and bikinis, in the summer with confidence, without worrying about waxing before I go abroad, in the sun. I still do a little shaving occasionally, on my upper and lower legs as I still have a few fine hairs remaining, which don't worry me at all. I know I can go back to PM for a few more sessions, when I have some cash available. It's definately worth the expense and saves money in the long term.

I have been going to permanent beauty for a while and have to say that their treatments are excellent. They made me aware from the beginning that different people have different skin so my treatments varied. Their new Alex laser is incredible and really makes a quick difference. Also their staff are really brilliant, they get to know you and are so friendly.

I would recommend perm beauty to anyone and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Ive been getting really down and fed up about the thick hair on my face. It really has been affecting my confidence. So I went to PB and had a nice chat with a friendly lady and signed up on there interest free credit. Ive only had 2 goes at it and can already see a HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I can't wait to have the rest done and will then think about other areas to.

Very poor service with limited knowledge, no wonder there is plans to regulate this industry the sooner the better.

I would recommend you look elsewhere. As the saying sadly goes, pay peanuts you get monkeys.

So glad I went to permanent beauty they really no wot there doing. Top of range new laser so no longer bovered by my tash. Really nice caring staff to can recommend to friends

I was bothered by a few dark facial hair and wanted to get rid of them for good. I went to this salon after finding them on google. Their website promotes their laser hair removal as a permanent solution for unwanted hair after 6 to 12 treatments ans shows great results in before ans after pics after just 3 or 4 treatments. I was told my skin and hair colour is ideal for this treatment and I should expect great results. I ended up booking 12 treatments and throughout the treatments I didn't see much improvement, they insisted i should complete the course... after 15 treatment, not much difference. When I complaint, they told me to pay for more treatments!

Having paid all that money and gone through 15 treatments - Not happy.
