Hair Solutions Sensitive Depilatory Cream

I used Boots own make hair remover on my top lip and within 5 minutes I was covered from head to toe in an itchy red rash,was swaeting profusely,and struggling to breath,I was like a puppet and could not lift my arms or speak, Within another few seconds I was unconcious on the floor. My son dialled 999 and an ambulance was there within 3 minutes or I would not be here to give this warning. A spot of the cream had got into my mouth and I suffered an anaphylaxic reaction and had to be injected TWICE with adrenalin.and was taken to hospital and had to have a further injection in the ambulance. I now have to carry 2 epipens with me at all times. Boots sent me a bouquet of flowers as an apology, but would not disclose the ingredients to me so I DO NOT KNOW WHAT OTHER CREAMS ETC TO AVOID. My Consultant had to write to BOOTS and they eventually gave him the information so I am now having to go to a specialist hospital to have tests I will always have to carry epipens with me. BOOTS advised that thay would put on the OUTSIDE of the packaging that the product may cause SEVERE ANAPHYLAXIC reaction,but to date this has NOT happened. I am allergic to anything with CODEINE in it and some of the ingredients in the cream is also in CODEINE. Any-one who has any allergies should NOT use this cream.I have called and e/mailed BOOTS on n umerous occasions and they NEVER reply. BEWARE
