Scam!!!
I allowed myself to be suckered. SmartLash, rec. by Elle, purports to thicken and intensify lash and eyebrow growth. Mine grew back scantily after chemo.
Of course it doesn't do a thing! If it did bald men would be coating their heads twice a day for the minimum
month ( about $30 for minute mascara wand with four hairs). What was I thinking!!
