Yes, it does help protect the color, but my hair looks lifeless since my hairdresser put me on the shampoo and conditioner. I have really thick shiny hair and it now looks blah. I'm going back to the Rusk products.

OMG... Z One Milkshake Colour Shampoo is, by far, the best I have ever tried, and trust me I have tried a lot! I have long, naturally curly hair that is hard to comb, but with this shampoo/conditioner/leave in combo the knots are gone, and I only wash it every third day, which makes it more cost efficient! Love it, love it, love it...only wish it was more readily available, and in bigger bottles!

Love the smell! I have the color protection conditioner and you only need a small amount. Easy to rinse and leaves your hair smelling so good and soft. Worth the price!

Overall I would recommend this product if you can find it and willing to pay the price. They have lots of of other products. I will be purchasing the glistening serum soon and will let you know how that product is.
