I think that the Tresemme Anti Breakage Shampoo has definitely helped with the health of my hair. You can't expect a miracle though. Regular trims and less heating tools work well, too. I liked the shampoo, it really leaves my hair feeling clean.

I think it's cheap for a reason. I have terrible split ends and weak hair that breaks easily. I've used the product for almost a month and it hasn't done much. Try something else.

This is a great product it cleans your hair well without stripping it and i was my hair daily! It far outweighs other more expensive salon brands I have wasted my money on, I will stick to this from now on.
I wholeheartedly agree. I have used all of Tresemme's Shampoo's and conditioners and was really pleased with the results. Excellent value for money, I pay the same price of some of the other more expensive brands, but I get twice the amount.
I also use the heat defence styling spray which again is great value for money and doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy.
