a very clean and modern salon with a bunch of very friendly people, who know their business very well, are full of great ideas for a new haircut, and are fun to chat with while sipping their own blend of yummy herbal tea!

Wiggles salon is a friendly, relaxed hair salon, with a great team of stylists who all cut, colour and blowdry with skill and expertise. It is easy to discuss new styles, colours or what you don't want with them, and they listen and respond wonderfully well. As a regular, I find my visits enjoyable and always succesful, along with being great value for money. A no-fuss, unpretentious experience with quality service.

I visited Wiggle on Essex Road (N1) for a restyle and colour and was very pleased with both the service I received and my new hairstyle. I have been a regular at Wiggle for a number of years and feel that staff really take the time to understand what you want done. They are always happy to try new things, and will make helpful suggestions without pressurising you. The quality of cut is consistent; stylists don't have 'off days', and everyone in the salon is friendly and polite. With the large range of hair products now on sale in the salon, you can also receive advice on which products to buy to maintain your new look. Overall, it is a salon that I trust and I have confidence that staff can tackle any number of styles and treatments with fantastic end results.

Thanks for the great higlights (the best I have ever had). They have been done really carefully and exact and it looks just great, really professional, got a lot of compliments already.

Next time I will plan a lot of time in as it took a long time but it is worth it. Will def come back.

I had my hair cuts there many times over the years every time was good. Friendly and caring team look after me. Great offers, every five hair cut i got one free with their loyalty card. value for money.

I asked for them not to give me yellow hair - they gave me yellow hair! I've had very few bad hairdresser experiences - this is definitely a big one. It just taught me - stick to what you know! The special offer is NOT worth it!

My visit to Wiggle hairdressers salon on Essex Road in Islington was truly one of the most hideous experiences of my life. I had been there once before and was satisfied with the service and so returned only to discover that my hairdresser had left. The new replacement decided to go by my old colour card and took an unfortunately long time. When the foils were finally removed I discovered that they had put the red highlight colour on my roots and the dark brown base colour on as highlights. It took me some time to show them their mistake and despite and extra 2 hours at the hairdressers having this corrected, I was charged the full bill!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
