Within the hour and half it was a pleasure to have Edirin do my hair as her personality made the time go by quicker and worthwhile. My experience with Trendy Salons, the mobile hairstylists supposedly specialising in braiding and extensions was the worst I have ever had with a hairdresser. I had my appointment booked for at least a month. T he days before the appointment I tried to call many times to confirm my appointment. My appointment had been booked for 10 am on the Sunday. On the evening before at 5.30pm I receive a one sentence email saying that they have cancelled my appointment. I tried calling and emailing immediately after to find out what was going on. And got no response from Trendy Salons at all.

They had a complete lack of service, communication, care and were highly unprofessional. It took about a week before they answered the phone and promised me the stylist would call back but she didn't. They have a very stylish website but lack the basic skills of service. They left me in a terrible position because I was due to start a new job on the Monday.

Poor, poor, poor. Bad service, no respect and no careN rarely ans the phone. I do not recommend them. Unless u want to be in a position like me, do no use Trendy Salons. There are lots of other braiders out there. Their websites may not be as nice but at least they are reliable.
