Twice I have made appointments for my daughter and I and twice they have cancelled just days before!

The first excuse was that the lady doing our hair had had an operation and this week it was that they were not going to employ her. What they need to do, if they're going to lie, is to get their stories straight before they call.

I am disgusted by the way they conduct their business and certainly would not recommend them.

My wedding hair, everyone was so much help . don't live in the area they were so good email back about trials and time really helpful give me advice . so please with how my hair looked on the day ,she come to my hotel to do my hair, she was on time and did a great job I looked wonderful thank you so much if I am in Kent again I would use you again , she took some lovely photos for me so I can see it to . Xxx
