Roberto didn't listen to a word I said. These included "not much off the length" and "only long layers"

I know have a 1999 "Rachel" with some rat tails sitting on my shoulders.

I told him that he was cutting it too short when he started layering and then just more and more kept getting chopped off. At one point I actually had to tell him to stop cutting my hair. I left in tears and still had to pay the bill.

I have never been so upset with my hair. I now have wait about a year for it to grow back anywhere near its previous length.

I wouldn't wish such an experience on somebody I really didn't like.

Avoid at all costs, risk at your peril!

This salon is lovely , so are the staff. Sergio cut my hair for the first time today.....and I am so impressed.... I looked on all review sites in London , and this one seemed the best...how right I was to go here...

I like the location , easy to get to ....the friendlieness of everybody there....and the quality of hairdressing....

I was listened to and had the exact cut I wanted......

I went in to Sergio Giannasso's salon to have my hair coloured,

after they were done, there was hardly any difference, I could

not even slightly see the colours I had chosed. then they had the

cheek to charge me £110.00, this was £30.00 more than they said it

would be.

NOT ONE PERSON NOTICED I HAD ME HAIR COLOURED !!! even those closest

to me.

My verdict is: very poor value and a waste of time, I would not go

back there again.

I visited the salon for the first time last month and was charmed by the warmth of all the staff members working on the evening of my visit.

They fitted me in without hesitation, did a great job and fed and watered me to boot!

When I foolishly left my indispensable hat behind, Malcolm went to great trouble to return it to me by post, and kept me informed by text regarding its journey from London to the Isle of Man. Had it been a valuable painting despatched by Fedex 24hr service, he could not have tracked it with more tender concern - Give this man a rise!!

I can't wait for my next visit to St. Martin's Lane - bravissimo!

my hair was thinned against my specific instructions, it is so bad I have not worn it down in over two months, I also got the hard sell.

Really bad experience, I would never trust them with my hair again.

Not happy at all, I did not get what I asked for, after they were done with my hair, I just sat there looking in the mirror, thinking this does not look right at all, and not what I asked for, I did not like how my hair looked so much flatter and closer to my scalp, later I would discover that my hair had been thinned without my permission or knowledge.

I have had to change my hair products and buy a new volumising brush to try and make my hair look thicker, I have not worn my hair down in two months, because it looks so thin and scraggly, when my hair moves, it seperates and you can see right through it, that is how much it was thinned.

My visit to Sergio Giannasso's hair Salon was more than an expensive mistake, I am still trying to think of ways to get some volume back into my hair, thank god Christmas is two months away, hopefully, it will grow back a little and I will not need to wear it up all the time.

My hair was thinned from the scalp down, it is going to take months and months for me to grow it back the way it was before I trusted them with my hair. NEVER AGAIN.

I am a big fan of Sergio and his lovely salon. He is extremely capable and attentive to his clients. He listens to his clients, but will also recommend style and colour suited to your face shape and skin tone. His professionalism and excellence as a hairdresser standout. I have recommended him to several people who also rate him highly. He's top notch and you will walk out of his salon feeling gorgeous.
