Rush, Chancery Lane

I booked a haircut at the new Rush salon in One New Change with the Company Consultant - apparently the most senior stylist in Rush salons. I figured that the worst thing that could happen is that the stylist would cut my hair too short, but I would get a nice cut all the same. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. This is the worst haircut I have ever had. After almost a year of growing layers out and having one very long layer left, the hairdresser has given me a head full of layers with the shortest being about 5cm long. Additionally, the bottom is not straight and even after hours spent trying to style my hair, it just won't sit.

When I said this to the stylist at the time she said 'I know it isn't what you want, but it is what you need!'If only she displayed that attitude at the start of the haircut I could have walked well before she 'attacked' my hair with the scissors!

If this is an indication of the most experience stylist within Rush, I would hate to think what the more junior stylists will do.
