Oh So Hairdressers, Northampton

I've been here 3 times and had the perfect haircut every one of them...and I'm not an easy to please customer! I also love the chocolatey feel to the place.

Had my hair cut at Oh So Hairdressers by someone whom I believe to be a trainee. She seemed totally clumsy. When she combed my hair she pressed down so hard it felt as though she was de-scalping me. When she held the scissors she kept dragging the handle into my ears and this was quite painful on top of the de-scalping combing technique. All I asked for was a trim, when she cut around my ears she seemed to have no idea of basic symmetry. Her scissors technique was quite flamboyant to the point of being psychotic, I was actually scared she was going to poke me in the eye.Then when she used the trimmer on my neck she pressed down so hard it felt as though I had drawn blood, I even checked to make sure, it was utterly painful. Why did I not leave at the beginning? I'm an idiot for staying.
