Worst haircut ever had Vicky very yn proffessinal looked like a bowl had out around NY head and wasn't Interested when I rang to complain wikk never go there again had to go to another salon to get fixed and they said they had never seen anything like it so if you want a good hair cut don't go to Vicky she has akot to learn about customer service and cutting hair very disappointed indeed

Vikki is a fantastic stylist. Knows exactly how to handle my very thick, wavy hair. Great friendly salon.

I went to this salon for the 1st time today. I was met with a very friendly welcome and offered refreshments straight away. The girl who cut my hair was named Vicki, she listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked, this was no mean feat as my hair is very thick and had been chopped into by myself on many occasions. Was delighted with the outcome and the cost £35. Left the salon felling as if I been going there for years, will be returning.

Vicki has been cutting my hair for years - I've followed her from her previous salon(s) and wouldn't trust anyone else to get their hands on my unruly mop! The only person who can get it to look good, and she cuts it so I can actually do it at home as well.

On the odd occasion I've had to go elsewhere I've always regretted it and got back to her asap!

Professional staff, great atmosphere, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I've been going to see Alison @ Natisse for the last 9 months - she's pretty much the only hairdresser I've ever had that actually listened to what I was looking for. The cost is also fab - I have never pad more than £18 (wet cut), and I always get a coffe and some banter.

I have had my haircut at Natisse for a few years now and during that time I have always found Lorraine and the staff very professional and incredibly friendly. The salon is always spotless and I am always made to feel welcome each time I visit.

Staff are always attentive without fussing too much giving the salon a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly Recommended!!

The owner did my hair as a 'walk-in' inbetween appointments.

She did listen to what i wanted but gave me a bad quality haircut.

She just also badmouthed about her relatives and Christians...I will not be going back!

The bonus is its local, and I'm gutted because the oevrall haircut was really bad...I just cant wait for it to grow back so I can get another salon to sort it out. Do not go to this salon if you want a quality haircut and if you want to look like 'Crusty the Clown' off the simpson!
