I had my hair coloured and highlighted, aswel as having hair extensions put in my hair on August 15th. I was quoted a price of £250, which was quite expensive but I thought it would be worth it. How wrong I was.

My hair was a very dark brown, and wanted to go a bit lighter but was concerned because I didn't want my hair to go red or orange. I was assured this wouldn't happen. The hair dresser and her friend who had no reason to be here came to my house at 10 am. She put bleach on and left it for 45 mins, which was not long enough, my hair was orange but still the hairdresser assured me it would go brown when she put the foils on. It didn't. It stayed orange. I didn't look in a mirror until it was completed, some 7 hours later.

The colour is nowhere near the colour I requested and they are not doing anything to rectify the situation and have not received a receipt for the money I paid.

I would advise everyone to look elsewhere because this is a shambles of a company. I was going to have them do my hair at my wedding next year but I am not paying them another penny.
