I had a brazilion blow dry at the salon, I have to say it was very good, the staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors, I will defiantly be having my next one done there, they spend time on your hair and don't rush you, Dave done mine and I would defiantly recommending this salon for a brazilion blow wave.

I have been going to this salon for a year now,It's a fantastic salon with friendly staff and service is excellent..Before coming to this salon.i had tried many Harvey nicks.trevor Sorbie,even went to London to Richard Ward..Daniel does my hair and he is best ,he has given me the best colour and cut out the year ..Most of my family go there now too.Highly Recommended.

In reply to the Lbxx's review....We would like to make it very clear you were part of a training session for the assistants in the salon. You were made fully aware that the person doing your hair was a trainee with only 2 years experience and the total cost to you was £25.00 as opposed to the actual salon price of £110 by a fully qualified stylist for the service you had. We then discussed how dissatisfied you were on the phone and after it was explained what could be done, we then offered to correct it free of charge by a 'fully qualified' stylist but you insisted on having a refund which we accepted.

I had my hair coloured here I had explained exactly what I wanted to the stylist but he insisted on doing the colour his way as it would look more natural and vibrant. I ended up with a completely different red colour on the rest my hair and lighter roots. I told the stylist about this and he brushed it off with its not going to take the same to your roots and my roots were so much lighter. Awful salon with ridiculous prices!!

I had my hair cut by Daniel today..he completely transformed my hair..He gave me a cut thayecreated volume in my hair..gave me lots of tips and info on the colour and cut .He simply is the best

Visited Josef Moore today for the first time after a recommendation from a work colleague. Had a stylist called Daniel who worked wonders with an already short cut. When you have short hair there isn't a lot you can do but Daniel transformed it in next to no time. I explained to Daniel that I wasn't happy with the colour I already had and Daniel straight away solved my colour issue. He toned down a particularly bad colour which I can now live with until I next visit the salon to have the colour done. I went in with what I considered to quite a 'blah' cut and colour and came out with a much edgier cut. When I got back to work after lunch today - already had a number of comments about how good the cut looks! Daniel is a magician and I would most definitely recommend.

I thought id try joseph moore as they have a £29 offer on for new customers. OMG what a great salon. The guy that did my hair was amazing! He really listened to me and gave me some advice on what would suit me. The juniors were very nice and very friendly and I felt completely welcomed by everyone there. I have rebooked and would recomed this fantastic salon to anyone!
