I asked for medium blonde hair and came out of the hair dressers with dark brown hair...

They were very unprofessional, they did not do an allergy test which hairdressers are supposed to do when colouring hair, they said it would be "ok". I have been trying to grow my hair out for over a year since this hairdressers ruined and damaged it. Got told to put washing up liquid in my hair to make the colour fade by the hairdresser; which dried my hair out even more. They had no clue what they were doing, I cried whilst leaving the hairdressers as my hair was a patchy mess. I only got some refund back and I found the staff were very rude. Was a complete waste of time and I would not recommend this hairdressers to anyone.

I had my hair cut and dyed here a couple of months ago and will not be going back. The cut was very plain and not layered through as I'd asked, just a straight cut (fine if that's what you want). The dye was my main issue. It went on my face which she tried to get off with stain remover but still took about 2 weeks to fade making me look silly if I tied my hair back due to the marks on my forehead and in front of my ears. When I went to have the dye washed off in the sink a guy who seemed like an apprentice or trainee did it, I went back to the chair for the cut and she had to take me back to wash it out again as he hadn't got it all, then I go back to the chair again, she starts cutting and says sorry it's still not all out, so I have to get it washed again!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Yes it's cheap but cheap doesnt have to be so terrible! Could have done a better job myself at home.

I had my hair cut here a few days ago and it is simply shocking. The experience can only be decsribed as removing hair from a head and could have been done without any training. I have been left with gaps in my hair which is very unerven and having to use hairspary to cover near bald patches. I did not realise how bad it was until i got home and unless they can stick hair back on can see no point in going back....AVOID AVOID AVOID
