I had been in hospital and wanted a pick me up, deciding that a massage and haircut would do the trick.There are very few places that do both in Cambridge, Finn Jordan being one.

After a massage that lacked a little 'effort' (felt a bit like joining the dots, left leg, 6 strokes, on to foot, 3 strokes) I had a haircut with a pleasant young lady who had only been there a week.....hence my complaint.

One week in a Salon doesn't make you a 'Director' so why charge me the extra for having one cut my hair?

The haircut was average at best, and the whole experience at £101 left me feeling decidedly cold.

I left a message via their website letting them know my feelings (in not a nasty way) but in a way that should invite a response even if it was just an acknowledgement. As yet, nothing.

Such a shame, it is MUCH harder to keep a customer than bring one in, and considering this was my first visit, I believe not responding to my message was a costly mistake.
