Eleven Hair Salon, London

Do not go to this hair salon. [name removed] ruined my beautiful hair with a digital perm which he pushed me to do as he said my straight hair was boring. He failed to tell me all the damage it would cause. My hair is now frizzy, crunchy, dry, dull, damaged and I had to pay £500 for the pleasure! I put up with the rude whispering, staring staff because they did Yuko but they dont even do that anymore they use some poor substitute. Do not go here and waste your money people.

Brilliant salon - I always enjoy myself going here. I see David for a regular cut and he's a talented guy and a lovely one at that.

She listened to what I wanted and I got exactly that! Lovely lady, great surroundings, comfortable salon and lovely staff.

I absolutely love this place! The people are so warm and friendly, the atmosphere is great and I always come out feeling like a princess.

I tend to go for a beauty treatment as well as a cut and colour and my, I can't praise them enough!
