This hairdresser owner is the issue. Spent a lot of money here and although the owner is very opinionated - I tolerated this as they could cut hair even though I had to listen to him complaining about other businesses. A member of his staff made a mess of my hair and so I asked for another. Then things went bad - he instisted that I had to have this poor performer and he did this in the presence of other customers, staff and the individual themselves. This salon should be avoided as the owner braggs about throwing customers out....quite unbeleivable and shows lack of any customer service skills. Dont go here!!
