The man coloured my roots but when finished, my roots were still light grey- didn’t colour my grey roots fully.

I showed him a photo of the style I wanted- he cut it wrongly- cut it into a blunt bob when I in fact I asked for a layered look.

He said he’s had 20 years of experience as hairdresser.

Salon is dirty, very dusty.

Expensive hair colour and cut to pay afterwards when he cut it wrongly and poor hair colour product used.

No respect for customers - did not listen and communication is very bad. Maybe he needs to learn English more.

WORST EXPERIENCE, EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

I was there for my son's haircut, tried to ask the owner about the wait time, who wasn't doing anything at the time. He showed me the hand without even bothering to look at me and started talking to another customer. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The place was very smelly too.

DO GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO RISK HUMILIATION AND HIGH HANDEDNESS.

I'll ask all my friends living in Epping to avoid this air-head at all costs.

they should first learn how to speak then understand what a cusotmer want. Just by having scissors doesnt mean they are hair dressers . Please avoid going there .. not a place to go for hair even if they give you money for hair cut .. I have asked them to cut my hair little bit short and after a while i was looking like a thief , dont know how they cut the hair .. please avoid this place ..

I've been doing all my hair perm, blow dry, hair colour, and hair straight here since 2008. I recommend you to go this salon and just try(especially the straight). They have increased price lates only once for five years. That is one of the reason i'm a regular custemer here. All shops have increased the price rates few times because of bad economy. I think Cinderella hair has valuable price rates. They only use good, high qaulity product. I can say that because Hair perm and straight is heat treatment but after hair perm and especially hair straight, my hair is shiny and smooth not damaged. All hairdressers are kind and nice.

I would definitely not recommend this place. The owner has become rude and arrogant since her business has started picking up. I have been going to her since her business started in 2008 and she has increased the rates by more than 100% in 5 years. Also, recently, after quoting a price on Thursday 8th August after examining my hair (for a hair straightening job), she increased the cost by $30 after the job had been done on Saturday 10th August, despite the previously quoted price being written on the register. Nothing extra had been done to my hair - it was exactly the same thing I had been getting done for the past 5 years. I paid the extra $30 to avoid creating a scene, but informed her that she had lost three clients (myself and my two daughters). I may take this further.

i would defiantly not recommend going here! I went in last week to have trim but to my dissatisfaction the lady had cut way more than i had asked for, in the wrong style. I had asked her to trim the bottom and my layer... but she went on to cut it all dead straight.. after complaining to her she realised and said that she would put in some layers..unfortunately these "layers" were cut wrong and unevenly transforming my long hair to shoulder length hair. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back there.

Very bad hairdressers. I experienced such bad manner from the owner. I had brought in a photo of the haircut I wanted but had my hair hack at. I had to go to another hairdresser to get the cut fixed. Unfortunately this hairdresser made such a mess, cutting off so much hair that instead of a medium hair cut, I now have short hair. I told her during the haircut that I wanted the style in the picture, she said yes yes it is. I said no your not cutting it in that style, finally I left. She rushed cutting my hair only wanting my money.
