The service I received here was great, the staff are very friendly and helpful and ensured they did the most in order to make my hair look amazing! The price was reasonable and they are experts at what they do. I have recommended them to my friends and will be vising again!

Unfortunately I had a terrible time at Camerini hair in Battersea. A miserable-looking Russian lady offered none of the usual perks (a smile, offer of a drink, "how are you") and instead opened the service by telling me my hair was terrible.

My eventual cut was like an 80's mullet, and the highlights she applied turned out khaki green. I wish I had walked out straight away. It was a cold, unfeeling place and I got the impression that customers were just a big inconvenience for them.

I had to go elsewhere and pay again to have my hair fixed.
