Very upsetting experience, the stylist did not seem to know what they were doing. Just kept hacking at my hair with thinning scissors, was told to close my eyes to get the fringe trimmed a little, when I opened the there was no fringe left she was supposed to be chopping it in. I have requested twice that the manager/owner who was not there at the time have a look at the state of my hair and to see if he will try to sort it out for me. However he refuses to reply to any of my requests. I have not complained anywhere before but I feel people need to know about my experience as when you pay this sort of money you expect a professional job. I will now have to go to another hairdressers to see if I can get some sort of style made out of what is left. Stay well clear it is not worth the risk and upset. I would not use this hairdressers again.
