Don't ever deal with this company. Ordered 2 wigs and paid £195.The wigs, when they finally arrived, looked nothing like what I had ordered. Cheap rubbish that where not even real hair and nothing like the colours I had ordered. They would not give me a returns address and tried to fob me off with pathetic refunds. They give the impression they are a UK company when actually they are in Hong Kong and will cost you a fortune to return them.

Only wished I had seen these review sites before I ordered. FInally got half my money back from PayPal who seem to have let this Wang Lin get away with murder. Why PayPal deal with him who knows, let you have a think about that one. Just don't let them get away with it. DO NOT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THE ONE STAR, YOU HAVE TO PICK ONE .DO NOT ORDER WHAT EVER YOU DO

Like other dissatisfied Wigsway customers, I received a "wig" that was nothing like the picture and, instead of being blonde as I ordered, it was an orange colour. The quality if the product was poor and when I tried to return it, I was met with a brick wall and eventually accepted a £15 refund (I paid £114 for it). The reviews on their site are obviously fake as the grammar and spelling is poor on the majority of them - I just wish I'd trusted my instinct and stayed clear of this company.

Please do not trade with Wigsway!

I've been wearing my wig for 14 months and it has been fabulous. Everyone including my hairdressers loved how natural it looked. Top quality. My all time favourite and very highly recommended.

I bought this wig in color 26. Beautiful color with lots of hair. Great cut too.

Bought a wig was advertised as human hair, received a synthetic very poor quality wig.

Complained through PayPal. Thinking this is a UK company was eventually told I could return the wig for a full refund. After several requests for them to give me a returns address finally got one in China. I returned the rubbish wig to China using Royal Mail tracking and sign for system. Was told today the tracking no.was wrong and I will not receive my refund. Paid £ 93 for inferior quality wig made of rubbish material plus the postage to China. I have complained to PayPal about these about this company and too investigate. So people out ther be beware and don't us Wigsway.

Wow, this wig blew my socks off! It looks so realistic and beautiful. I get so many compliments from people who think I just got a regular haircut. Little do they know it's my new wig!

I, like many other unfortunates, ordered a hair piece from this company without reading the reviews first & have I lived to regret it!!!! I ordered & paid for an item which took weeks to arrive & when it did, I was mortified when I saw it was not only the wrong item, wrong color but was not human hair either. After several emails in which a representative of the company expressed how it would cost THEM money & that I should keep what they'd sent!etc. etc.. Fortunately, I paid them via that wonderful company PayPal! They requested all correspondence relevant to the dispute & offered me a full refund. Without PayPal, I would be yet another, in a growing number of, wholly dissatisfied, dispairing & frustrated customer who they have tricked out of money- even people who have hair loss due to treatment for Cancer are not spared! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS BEHAVIOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSWAY!

Isn't it strange how different 5-star reviewers use exactly the same wording when saying how wonderful this Chinese-based  company is. You will get a wig, but it will be nothing like the picture... then try getting a refund (unless you used PayPal) you have no chance.

This wig is great. It comes wavy but you have to wash and style it anyway so. I made it straight. I have alopecia and wear my wigs daily. After about 2 months the hair that touches my back gets very tangled constantly. I had the wig cut shorter once and then cut just above my shoulders later. I wash and deep condition the wig about every week or two. That helps a lot with tangling and smoothing the hair. After about 4 or 5 months when it was faded and frizzy I had it colored with a glaze by my hairstylist. That brightened and smoothed it gave it another month of looking great. I'll color it again soon.
