Universal Clip It Human Hair

I ordered 3 different hair pieces from the jessica simpson range well in advance of a big night out i had coming. i had spent many hours before deciding which site to buy from an chose pauls hair world mainly because they had the largest variety in the colour i wanted. As an internet shopping PRO i found their site not very clear or user friendly, it was filled with server faults and error codes, not ever sure if my payment had been finalised. i recieved an email later saying my payment was "complete (canceled)" unsure of what this meant? I emailed them TWICE with no reply, i checked my balance the £200.00 had gone. 6 days later (party fast approaching) i ring...first time to a VERY rude lady who tried to place blame on MY finances!...I rang again the next day, slighly more helpful (although i was on hold for 15 minutes) so basicually tell me "its something to do with the bank...fraud maybe" i was alarmed! So NOT only do I not recieve my hair extentions...but they also took my money and havnt returned it...STILL. so im unable to purchase more from a WORTHY company. I immediately rang the bank about my "fraud" situation.. they simply explained the money is pending as pauls hair world...(what kind of business are they running?) not picked up my order or collected my money, so it just hovers in some sort of banking cyber space, pauls hair world clearly dont want £200.00 yet dont send it back to me? ...confused? me too! i now have to wait 5 working days to see if they'll send it back to me... does no1 understand that i didnt want the money I WANTED THE HAIR?! HAVE PEOPLE FORGOTTEN THAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF ME GOING ON THE SITE?!...anyway, in 5 working days..the party will have come and gone, so i still have no money or no hair. thanks pauls hair world. alot.

I bought some universal hair extensions from pauls world and wasn't to happy about them , when they arrived i got them out the packet and was pleased with the feel and look of them they was really soft and looked like real hair ... not like doll hair, but after about 3 weeks of wearing them they began to look scruffy looking and got tangled up quickly and start loosing the hair, i wont be buying anymore from there think its best to pay a bit more for decent hair. These might be 100% human hair but they don't seem a grade A hair.
