I ordered the russian hair extensions which cost me $200

For weeks I couldnt get on to them..

lucky I payed with paypal who were not able to get onto them for weeks either so refunded my money or i would of been down $200

I should have definitely read the reviews on this place before ordering. I had emailed the email address listed on their website to ask about hair colors and sent a picture to make sure I would order the right one. The person responded quickly, the next day and after confirming with them, I placed the order. Just like these other reviews I was sent the wrong product, I emailed the address on their website explaining what happened and no one has responded, I have sent multiple emails and all of a sudden its like no one works there. This place is a complete scam!! Of course when its about buying their product they respond right away but now that they sent the wrong thing they wont respond and since they are in another country I cant even call or get in touch with anyone. Save yourself money and aggravation and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a double volume pack because the last time I had ordered the standard pack it was extremely thin and looked ridiculous so I figured I would try the double volume. I paid 200 dollars for the double volume pack and they ended up sending me the standard which was much less expensive. I emailed them a few times before I even got a response back and finally they told me to send it back and they would resend out the correct one. I had to pay to ship it back for something that was not even my fault, weeks passed and I must have emailed them 10 different times. This is now months later and I still never got any response back I emailed them my tracking number which showed delivery and they refuse to respond. This company is a SHAM! Do Not Order from them! There is no way to even get in contact with them and I basically threw 200 dollars down the drain.

I oredered the Darkest Brown hair and a week later I received Red hair with blonde streaks. I emailed right away and apparently there is only one person whoi works there bc ive only been able to contact one person. They said theyd send the correct color as soon as they got them in. Iwaited another wk and emialed again to see if shipment came in, he said hopefully today. Well that was weeks ago, never emailed me back and there is no other way to get a hold of them. I paid 150 dollars and they sent complete wrong color. i emailed again asking to be refunded since they still had not sent new package. He never responed, so i emailed again and again finally to get one back saying "i do not see any text in you email" Ha!

I emailed again saying i was going to file a dispute thru pay pay. i think he thinks i will just let it go, but wont. SUCH BAD BUISNESS. They complety ripped me off.Ultimate Hair extensions suck!!!

I ordered clip in extensions on Sept 28, 2010. I sent e-mail inquiries on Oct 16 and Oct 20. I received no response. I opened a paypal dispute on Oct 22. Paypal closed the dispute on Nov 6 because the company delivered the item. The company still refused to answer any of my e-mails until the 8th one.

On Nov 29(2 months now!), they claim to have received the extensions back.

On Dec 10, after many more angry e-mails, they finally refunded my money LESS EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING!!

They told me that it is not their problem that my postman did not inform me of the item being here and to take it up with them.

Bottom line-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I could not find a light ash brown but I toned them and they now look perfect. They have lasted me much longer than other hair I purchased from other companies.
