Lovehairextensions EASY2EXTEND Clip in human hair extensions

I am VERY disgusted with this company!!

They sent the product next day beacuse I paid £7 for it. However, when the product arrived, it was a completely different colour to what I have ordered.

I sent the product back paying for the delivery again. And they made me order again saying that they will refund me the money from the other. Turns out that I had to pay for the shipping twice!!... Because they made a partial refund.

So I I spent £ 20 in shipping! And they have also made ​​me pay 20% in taxes for delivery???????

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!

I too am disgusted by this company..

They sent the product next day as promised, which i rate them for.

However, when the product arrived, it was a completely different colour to what I ordered.

As I have removed the product from the packaging, it is unlikely that they will accept the return, due to the returns policy.

This means I will be stuck with extentions I paid alot of money for, due to the companies incompitence.

I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

Love hair extensions- Absolutly disgusted by this company!

I ordered a few packs of hair extensions from the website which i needed by a certain date so I selected next day delivery.

I patiently waited in the next day for the hair extensions by 5pm nothing had arrived. so I rang the company and spoke to a lady who informed me that they should come the next day I told her this was not good enough it was too late and why was I expected to pay the next day delivery fee if I didnt receive them the next day!

Anyway when the hair extensions did turn up I opened them to find to my disappointment 2 packs instead of 4, I was fuming!!! so immediatly rang the company to get a man who could not speak much english on the other end of the phone saying no one was availble ring back monday and that he didnt work for the company.

On the website it clearly says that they are open on saturdays, this is certainly not a proffesional way to run a business. I will not use ever again

I am so thrilld about this product i have as clip extentions as also ponytayle SUPER!So first i get right color what perfectly mach. Second u feel like this is your hairs. Third very easy to use them.So i like all about this clip extentions. I very very very pleased costumer!

I have recently bought Easy2Extend clip in Human hair extensions.

I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. It came the next working day, after selecting the First Class option. The website (www.LoveHairExtensions.com) was VERY informative and gave detailed descriptions of each kind of extension and had a wide selection of colours.

The extensions themselves are very good quality. Excellent value for money. The clips are extremely discrete and very user friendly. They take less than a minute to apply. The colour I chose (Sahara Blonde) is exactly what the colour chart suggested it would be and matches my hair perfectly!

The hair itself is so soft and shiny and sits so naturally with my own hair. When I wore them out for the first time, people could not tell they were extensions!

All in all I was so happy with the product and website that I had to recommend them to people. As this was the first time I have bought and used extensions, I could have done with some advise from a review myself so I thought I would write my own.

I bought 1 Easy2Extend in human hair in 20" and one in 18" in their thermofibre hair (synthetic hair which you can actually style with heat).... they are both great - look and work perfect with my hair - the clips are so small you cant even tell that I'm wearing them.

They seem easy and quick to use (never used them before) and I feel more confident when I wear them - thanks Lovehairextensions.
