The customer service is terrible, will an online attitude of "whatever!!"

Firstly the website does not list a phone number so in the event of a query the only contact is via email.

I returned a complete order and despite the laws in this country governing refunds HairPlanet refuse to refund postage citing "their" T&Cs even though Consumer law clearly states postage must be refunded.

So far, even though I have no product my dealings with HairPlanet.co.uk have left me out of pocket by £15 including the cost of my returning the goods.
