At first the lady I dealt with a female who was really friendly and she was communicative until she received my payment. She agreed to sell me 100g of premium quality virgin european remy hair for £140. I transferred £150 to give her a £10 tip as up until then she had been a pleasure to deal with and very professional.

I made that payment on 5th March and despite the fact that Alsion stated I should have received what I purchased by 10th March there has been no sign of what I have purchased. I have contacted her on countless occasions though e-mail, text and phone calls and she only contacted me back once to say I should receive the extensions by Thursday 18th March but it is now the 29th and these extensions still haven't arrived. Yet again I have been calling her incessantly but she won't get back to me - highly unprofessional.
