Wella Koleston Color Creme

I have really dark brown hair,almost black. I had previously coloured an bleached my hair 7 years ago. I picked the volcano red as the box shows that even darkest of hair could turn red. Unfortunately this wasn't the case my hair is black as ever.

I followed the instructions and yet I was absolutely disappointed. The least I expected was a hint of burgundy.

It was my first experience at coloring my hair. Have seen mom using garnier. Anyway, Purchased the pack (burgundy 4/66) at 479 inr.(some offer) and was pleasently surprised to find great gloves. The instructions were quite clear cut, so no problems there. But I mixed it in a bowl, n used a brush so i'll b able to apply it more effectively. The quantity was very less. The whole thing covered only half my hair. Though I have to say it was easy to apply, no dripping. Stained my skin for the night, but was quite washable by morning. Kept it for 40 mins, as instructed, then rinsed it. The conditioner felt good for the night but now, after 2 days,my hair are extremely dry and irritating. Color wasnt half as bright as indicated. Maybe shouldve kept it for longer, since my hair is dark brown to black. not buying this one again.
