L'Oreal Excellence to-Go

If you read the reviews for this product on the lorealparisusa's website, you'll see that I am not the only one who experienced a 10 minute nightmare. The colors on the box are NOT what you'll wind up with. This colorant turns your hair black purple with reddish highlights. I am shocked that l'Oreal hasn't taken it off the market!

I regularly use L'Oreal's Excellence to-go Creme with great success. This time I thought I'd try the new product. Chose a colour very close to the usual. What was supposed to be "Medium Reddish Brown" (5RB) (Box shows copper tones) came out a dark burgundy brown. The product also quickly stains whatever it lands on and my fingernails are stained just from the rinsing out stage. Really disappointed. :( Further, the L'Oreal website gives me no way of contacting them electronically to register my complaint--I have to phone or snailmail.
