PremiumWhite posted links on the Web, which say about the FREE TRIAL, which you click, then they ask you your credit card number to pay for shipping 1.90 $ and say that is all you have to pay NOW. But after the order is completed it turnes out, that you are GOING TO PAY 80-something every month for the product they are going to send to you. I tried to call a customer service, they said IT IS NOT A FREE TRIAL - ITS A FREE MEMBERSHIP, which I can cancell, but they are still going ti send that one product to me. In the membership cancellation letter they send to me they say, after I have cancelled membership, I don't have to pay for anything, that hasn't been already shipped. So I call the Customer service again and ask if it was already shipped, because the just couldn't have shipped it, since from the moment I placed the order and called for the cancellation passed like 15-20 minutes. I ask them if they shipped the product and they say yes, I ask for the tracking number or some other information on the shipment and they say they(whoever is on the phone and their supervisor or anyone else) just don't have the contact with the contact with the warehouse from where it's been shipped. I STILL DIDN"T GET THE PRODUCT - A WEEK SINCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
