Unbelievable....! How this company make money is beyond me..... I booked a deal with this company for the Leeds clinic in March this year... £39 would you believe..! "what a bargain" I thought to myself. Having had my teeth whitened previously, I knew what the procedure entailed, and I loved the results. So, eagerly I called the number that was emailed to me.... dead line.... great- So I emailed the company that sold me the voucher (well known discounted offers site) and they eventually forwarded a temporary mobile number, which they didn't answer.... after 4 weeks of leaving messages and receiving no call back, I emailed the offer company and requested my money back.... that very night, at 9.30pm, a stroppy woman called from North West Smile, who told me it would be June before I could have my treatment!!!! I said no way, so she suddenly found a date for me. The 9th May at 4pm.... Fair enough, still 5 weeks away, but it would have to do. So, I emailed the voucher company the next day to retract my request for a refund, only to find that they had refunded me anyway. I phoned the number, spoke again to a stroppy woman (not sure if it was the same one as before) and I advised her of my predicament. She said no worries, bring the cash with you to your appointment.... fair enough...! I called on the monday before my appointment to confirm. No answer, no surprise there!!! Stroppy woman called me back eventually, who was not in the office at the moment- would call me back to confirm... never did.... no surprise there again!!!! So, hubby booked off the afternoon off work so he could collect the kids for me, and I set off to Leeds for a spot of shopping before my long awaited teeth whitening appointment..... Alas, a voicemail on my phone as I left the train..... stroppy woman cancelling my appointment.... said she would call me back to rearrange..... 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS..... PAY THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! If these people are so utterly incapable of even keeping appointments, can you imagine what they may do to your teeth????? You have been warned.... :-/

I would like to warn people about my experiences with North West Smile. I bought a voucher for teeth whitening and booked my appointment for the London "clinic", however, my appointment has still not gone ahead. They didn't call me to cancel my appointments - I only found out the first 2 were cancelled when I called to confirm the day before... I had my third appointment arranged and confirmed, and I travelled all the way into London to the address I had been given, and when I got there, the receptionist had never heard of North West Smile! I would advise people to be very careful of this as I still haven't figured out what is going on, and the main response I get from North West Smile (they are incredibly hard to contact, so getting a response is a headache in the first place!) is that they are having many issues with their staff.... Needless to say, I won't be trying for a 4th appointment...
