we bought 3 vouchers at christmas. been trying for weeks to get hold of them. has anyone taken any further action? I got through to book an appointment at around january but we couldnt have the appointment they offered, so i said i'd get back to them, about 3 weeks later i couldnt. ive sent several emails and called countless times, still having no luck.

i got vouchers for my xmas 2010 for just smile teeth whitening, i have been phoning the avaiable no. and emailing but never i once spoken to anyone. we are now in the month of March..has anyone had this problem and found a contact number were you can actually get through to speak to someone.? i cnt even rate this business as so far im hitting a brick wall!! does this company really exsits, my next stop is trading standards!

I have just had my teeth whitened with Just Smile in their Exeter branch and I could not be more pleased with the results. Despite meeting the dentist in a conference room in a very nice hotel, the dentist was very professional and looked after my every need. He didn't give me unrealistic expectations and conducted the whole process in a way that made me feel very relaxed. A few draw backs of teeth whitening is the occasional sharp pains in my gums, but I have been reassured this is normal and will disappear during the course of the day.

I will definitely be going back and would recommend this company.

My wife bought me a teeth whitening course for Christmas,from "just Smile" which I thought was a great present, however when I phoned to book, I was told that a specialist would get back to me to discuss my treatment and where I could have my treatment, this never happened,eventually I was told my course was at the Hilton in Nottingham, at this point I realisd I was dealing with a Mickey Mouse company and demanded my money back. I was told they could not credit my card and a cheque would be sent in the post, this all happened in the first week in January, still not recieved cheque, today I phoned over 10 times and was promised, cheque was on its way, Iam obviously not smiling. Dont use this company useless

Just had my teeth whitened at just smile clinic, not great consultation. Was in a hotel room rather than a clinic, not advised how much pain I'd be in afterwards. Was quoted 249 paid 150 as I wasn't completely happy, offered to have treatment repeated but don't know if I can go through after pain. Can see difference in my teeth just not as much as I expected, wasn't told what to expect.

Hi. Had my teeth whitened by just smile clinic, and I wanted to share my experience with everyone.

I arrived fifteen minute before the appointment. I actually saw the girl 20 minutes after the appointment. She rushed through the consultation and burned my gums.

I wouldn't recommend anybody to experience that I have experience.

i visited the southampton clinic on the 18th nov and i was very happy with the consultation she started to talk to me about my teeth and i mentioned that i wanted orthodontic treatment to my surprise she was an orthodontic specialist and explained to me the best way to improve my smile with braces!! She expalined the whole treatment with me and i was very impressed with the service & the results i will be back next year!

I had my teeth whitened this weekend with Just Smile at their central London clinic. I must say I am very impressed with the service I received, the staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to accommodate you. I was a bit nervous before the treatment as I had read it may be painful and can cause sensitivity. I felt a few twinges in my bottom teeth but nothing extreme and within a few hours it had gone away. I achieved an 8 shade lift and I am very pleased with the results - I feel like it has given me a well needed confidence boost and I'm not affraid to show my teeth off anymore - everyone has noticed and I'm getting tons of compliments so for that alone it is worth the £299 to me. I would definately recommend these guys to my friends and family - thank you so so much!
