My daughter went for her teeth whitening at Heavenly Smile in the Crystal Rooms at Halifax , West Yorks.

She paid £139. After the treatment, you could still see many stains, nobody else including myself could tell she had had it done.

She rang straight away and told Lynda she was not happy.She was told to wait until the next morning to see if it was any better. It was no better in the morning and she rang again and asked for a refund. She was told she would get a full refund.But after a month of telephone calls and emails no refund has been forthcoming.

When you pay this amount of money you expect the advert to live up to its promises, this definetely did not! Then when you are told you will get a refund you expect that to happen.

This person is totally untrustworthy. Would definetely not recommend.
