I was told that if I bought the bogot offer that day for £99 I would save £50. This could be cash only as offer ran out that night. We paid cash and expected the technician the next day. No show. Then a phone call to rearrange. Just another blag to put us off. Never turned up. Then after numerous emails, texts and phone calls to them they said they would refund. Still waiting for refund 2 months later. AVOID!

We've just had a teeth whitening party six of us, even though treatments took a little bit longer than we thought we're actually really impressed. My mother in law has tried toothpastes, charcoal, little hand lights and nothing has ever really worked except this, they are very white. Everyone who came today was pretty surprised at how much whiter our teeth are and silly cheap as we booked together, the only uncomfortable thing about having it done was your saliva builds up around your lips with the thing the use in the mouth, just feels horrible lol Chuffed with the service from these guys, will most likely be using them again end of the year

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bought a voucher at christmas time. On the morning of the appointment, they told me that they had not put the appointment in the diary and had double booked. Not once did they try to rectify the situation and put themselves out. They then, unwillingly, re-arranged for the next evening and cancelled an hour before they were due to come. Re-arranged again and they cancelled that morning. Re-arranged yet again and they cancelled the night before. Absolute time wasters. Once they have your money they do not care. Not an ounce of business acumen or professionalism. And completely dishonest and untrustworthy. Am now waiting for a full refund but am fully prepared to have to take the company to a small claims court as I am certain there will be another "reason" why the money cannot be refunded. 

Me and my best man booked with fresher smile to have our knashers done and what I probably liked the most is having it done at home, I dont get in until gone 8pm so that was really handy. They brought two beds for us so we had treatment at the same time and we finished around 10pm, took a little longer than I expected but it was apparently tailored to get the best results. My teeth look really great and my wife to be has even booked them for this weekend just before our wedding! Really good company knew their stuff and I'm really chuffed wit my teeth.

Me and my girlfriend both had our teeth whitened yesterday and after being a bit cautious I was really pleased and impressed, Ive not heard of people coming to the home before and was a little worried if it was safe or even going to work but we have bright new teeth! The lady that came was fantastic and really knew her stuff about the treatment made us feel really comfortable and was very attentive through the whole treatment. Took two hours for both of us to be done and was a bit boring laying down this whole time (couldnt see sky sports lol) but was well worth it.

Me and my now Husband recently got married but having a low budget meant we had to cut a lot of things back and pay attention to the most important things that needed to be arranged, I always wanted my teeth whitened but did not think we could get this done for my wedding until my father surprised me with a group booking that had been arranged, 6 of us had treatment including my husband and we are absolutely thrilled with the results, a few of us had some sensitivity which went after about an hour and the rest of the group felt nothing. It was pretty boring laying down having treatment but definitely worth it I cannot imagine the difference in my photos if I did not have my teeth done, the technician that did them was lovely too and gave us lots of information and advice after.

Highly recommend them, we will be back in a year

After booking in with Fresher Smile for a teeth whitening 'party', 5 of us sat there waiting, looking forward to having our teeth whitened (2 of us having travelled out from London)

25 minutes before the technician was due to arrive, we received a call to say that they were unwell and would not be coming. To be honest I was half expecting the call having read previous reviews and seeing that this had happened to quite a few people.

Very disappointing...

I booked in for Fresher smiles BOGOF offer for 22/12/14. A treat for me and my sister. I made the £99.00 payment up front when booking as requested. On the 22nd Dec at 14:00 the consultant did not arrive. I emailed and rang the company number but did not get a reply. At 14:40 I received an email stating that the booking was scheduled for 23rd in their calendar. I forwarded the email confirmation I had received at the time of booking, which clearly stated Mon 22nd Dec. I was advised the consultant would call me within half an hour to discuss further. 30 mins came and went and I sent numerous further emails and tried calling with no luck. Eventually at 17:25 I received a phone call apologising and the gentleman stated he would speak to his colleagues and see if anyone could work Xmas eve to fulfil our appointment. I was told I would receive an email or text to confirm the appointment either later that night or first thing in the morning. This gentleman promised me I would receive my treatment before I went away on holiday (which was 24th Dec). I again did not receive any correspondence that evening or the next morning. I again sent numerous emails asking what was going on and stating my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I had received so far. Eventually at 21:45 I received a phone call saying that a text had been sent to me that morning with a new appointment. I did not receive this text. At this point I was sick of hearing excuses and requested an immediate refund of my money.

Today I have checked my bank account (11/01/15) and I have not received a refund.

This company is truly disgraceful. They do not understand customer service at all. The number on their website you can never get through on, all correspondence is completed via email. They take your money upfront and do not honour your booking. I have never used such a disgraceful company before and I'm utterly disgusted with how I have been treated.

Really thoughtful company, had to rearrange with them twice due to my work commitments but they accommodated another date for me each time. Treatment was actually pretty relaxing laying down doing nothing for an hour was lovely. Incredible care was taken with me extremely professional, which I didnt really expect If im honest. Really happy with my teeth after treatment had finished, they do look different just so much cleaner, did have a tiny bit of sensitivity towards the end but that went quickly, they gave me some great advice on how to look after them after treatment, overall really really happy.

To be honest I've never atcually wanted my teeth done but my husband has had pretty awful teeth thanks to the ridiculous coffee intake and previous years of smoking. We went with this company because of their dental experience spent some time reading up and atcually probably only decided to go for it because of the buy one get one free offer. But really pleased we did, not sure how other companies work but so impressed with the guy who did our teeth, knowledge was great and extremely professional and my husband is like a child grinning all the time! We're both very pleased with them, due to our age we really didn't expect much difference but they are very noticeable while looking natural we was a bit cautious of looking like the Towie bunch lol Do recommend especially with their offer at the moment
