My order has still not arrived from Brilliant despite paying and waiting for nearly 3 weeks of waiting. The company has no telephone customer service and, despite trying to e-mail them 3 times, I have not received any response. When I tried the telephone line, the girl on the other end said she only dealt with orders and did not even have a number for someone who could help me.

Much bigger Brilliant Smiles Teeth Whitening System gel tubes needed or sell them separately. You have to keep buying the complete set of products when you run out of the gel to put in the reservoir as it runs out far quicker than the other 2 parts.

I called up their number and ordered over the phone. The teeth whitening kit turned up within days. I found it very easy to use and my teeth are about 6 shades whiter.
