I was appalled by the ugly unkind treatment I received from one of your injury lawyers, (who are supposed to have compassion) for potential clients who suffer serious injuries because of the negligence and/or intentional acts of others. She was rude, condescending, nasty, accusatory, wrong, and a complete displeasure to speak with.She said, "I suppose you want a contingency fee"; well any intelligent attorney knows that that is the fee method when a person suffers serious injuries and has spent lots of money on medical and other costs because of the disabling cardiac injuries .

The software does a really good job of guiding you through the steps to create your own will, power of attorney, etc. The program is very thorough and easy to follow. It gets a little clunky when it comes time to print, review and revise. The program only allows for pdf versions of the final documents, so it is impossible to reformat. Even minor corrections require you to go back through all the steps. This program will help you create a good, basic will in accordance with the laws of your state. But, it will be a really frustrating process to revise or correct those documents. It might literally be easier to re-type the entire document than to try and revise it using this program. I wish I had realized that I could not save the documents in Word. Next time, I will likely look for another product that allows me a little more control over the finished product.

While attempting to create a Will on Willmaker Plus 2014, which came with online access to a Living Trust, I realized that the will software would not allow me to easily specify the disposition of my pets and also other bequests. After hours of trying to make the bequest the way I thought it should be done, I gave up, and turned it to a pass-thru will, which was also not an option in the software, and attempted to make the specific bequests into the online living trust. However the Living Trust software was worse. Among other things that were difficult, it automatically created a Remainder AB Trust. That sub-trust should have been a choice, but was not. I e-mailed NOLO, and never got a response. Don't bother unless you want only a VERY simple document, that may be wrong.

I was looking for a particular form that I thought was on my CD. Customer Service directed me to the correct location.

Bravo Nolo, Very impressed with the customer service/technical support. Had an issue accessing the online appendixes and i received a response within 10 minutes that actually solved the problem. Oh, and there books aren't too bad either.

As a first time landlord and business owner with not a lot of income to spend on lawyers, Nolo's website and landlord/business books were a godsend. The website and products are written clearly and concisely. The only thing better would be a video!

The product gets updated and is easy to use. Has much more than I need but, is perfect for me to control and update my will, trust, etc. Compared to scheduling time with an attorney, telling them what you want, reviewing it, and approving or modifying the changes.

My first FSBO from Nolo press was bought around 1991. Since then this is the 4th property that we will try to sell ourselves. Never had a problem with the first three. I haven't read the issue I just bought, but I am hoping it is as excellent as the previous one. The edelivery was fantastic! Thanks, Nolo Press.

I bought a repair kit, and all i got was a zipped folder that was corrupted and was unable to open it, then when i tried to redownload it from my email it said i had reached my maximum number of downloads (3). Going to have to just ask for a refund i guess. Average wait time to respond to my request is 48 hours, that's a long time to wait for questions about something i just bought.

They offer a wide variety of quality legal products and services at very reasonable prices and their customer service is great.

Loved how complete and thorough it is. The only issue is that it was a little confusing in one of the questions, but we figured it out. I am going to suggest it to my in laws!

Quicken WillMaker was an affordable way to create an estate plan. It was easy to use and allowed me to personalize my will and provide protection for my family. I recommend the product to everyone.

Cannot go into key elements because we hit a road block right in the beginning of getting the downloadable version. Never could download this version and have tried contacting service department with no avail help!!! Its been a week and no help is in site. Just wasted our money and cannot even call anyone to get support help??? Not a very good company if you cannot get immediate help. Would not recommend the downloadable version. Maybe the CD would of been a better choice. But now have to jump thru hoops to get this resolved before trying the CD version.

Ever since I was introducted to your Legal Handbook 7 years ago I have tried to keep up with ordering it when the new copy is published. The book(s) are super "assistants" and also make great gifts.
