I wanted Irwin Mitchell to deal with a medical negligence case for me, I called to Irwin Mitchell and explained my case that I wanted a case for medical negligence I was assured that Irwin Mitchell would take the case for me
Sent a letter to Irwin Mitchell together with written evidence
The customer services never ever replied had to chase for an update
My allotted solicitor had been on holiday so was not up to speed with my case for medical negligence
Had a telephone call to explain my case was told that my solicitor would have to consult their colleagues to take the case
Got a call back to tell me that they could not take the case
The reason was that they could not take the case was because of Covid
It was their policy that anything that happened during Covid was not to be taken
My case was pre-covid despite pointing this out to them they still insisted that my case was during covid and therefore they could not take the case
It would seem that because of Covid Irwin Mitchell could not take any cases
How ridiculous is that
ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID Irwin Mitchell this company is just a waste of time and effort
