I was involved in an incident involving a child running out in front of my car. The police were determined to prosecute me even though it wasn't my fault. I used Emmersons, to fight my case. The person I dealt with was very understanding from the start. He looked at the CCTV which showed clearly the boy crossing when the red man was in clear view. He wrote to the CPS and had the case thrown out. They are a fantastic company and I would recommend them to anyone… Read Full Review
