From start to finish beginning at the website which was so easy to fill in the application online very clear and straightforward to follow.

I applied for my change of name by deed poll from deedpolloffice.com on Thursday mid afternoon 10th October with immediate confirmation by email of my application the same day , the next day Friday I had another email to say my deed poll documents would be despatched by post Monday 14th , wow incredible by Monday 14th October I had received all my new documents and was now able to start to change my name legally.

I was hesitant at first and probably like a lot of people when you read so many good and bad reviews from different organisations who offer name change by deed poll , however I can't thank deedpolloffice.com enough , value for money , contact at every step of the way and wow what a speedy delivery.

The deed poll document itself was straightforward, just got my neighbour to sign and that was it .

I intended to write a review of deedpolloffice.com earlier however the delay was due to my bank.

I changed my name with my local GP first then the bank then HM Passport and finally DVLA.

As a tip I used a bank statement with my new name on it for HM Passport , however make sure your bank account has your name in full as my bank only put my initials and surname which HM Passport declined so another trip to the bank was needed however they could only provide a letter to confirm my new name in full which was accepted by HM Passport, the rest was straightforward just the DVLA next which I'm very happy to say I now legally and officially have my new name.
