Luckily all my documents arrived but they didn’t arrive in an envelope?? Half of the papers are bent. I live in a refuge where staff answer the main door and take mail in for us, and as someone who likes to keep my name change private, this was really embarrassing when they told me my deed poll had arrived with no envelope. Anyone could read it and see every detail. I was very embarrassed.
