Dream kitchen turned into a joke.
Run forest run.
Customer services are the most pig ignorant people I have had to deal with.
Sold a kitchen that I had to wait seven moths for a part that had not been made.

Are you really a family owned business? I thought the old MD was the link to the "family business" but he's now gone.
What are the high standards that you promote internally? I'm sure all your customers would be interested. Sharing this will show a great deal of honesty and give an insight into your business. I look forward to seeing them

I ordered a kitchen from Wren stupidly last year and had problems ever since. Customer service is shockingly rude and most unhelpful. If this is a family business then it's truly an embarrassment to the family name!
