“1 year in - no bathroom”

We have ordered a bathroom installation in November 2020 at Wickes Carlisle. Bad mistake. It took them more than 6 months to deliver the parts. After 2 more months, an installer showed up and found the tiles were missing. One month later, he showed up again and started installation - couldn't get far because tiles were still missing. Numerious frustrating phone calls and another month later, tiles arrived (at least one broken). But no installer. Numerous frustrating phone calls later, still no installer. Get this: For weeks, Wickes claimed they could not contact their own installation manager! We're now in December, 1 year and one month in - we are now asking for a full refund.
