It’s been quite a journey from June 16th when we first met to discuss a potential kitchen refurbishment. We did go through the usual several quotes process and we decided on Timbercraft for several reasons.

1. The design was by far the best we got and and incorporated some lateral thinking on the layouts which was not evident elsewhere

2. We got a very clear and comprehensive quote through in a matter of days . The competition took weeks or in one case months.

3. When we made some late changes to our specifications these were accommodated quickly and efficiently.

4. We liked the look and feel of the business and the people we engaged with.

5. Yes it wasn’t the lowest price but it was in the ballpark.

When work started we were impressed by the flexibility shown getting a substitute fitter ( who was more than capable) to ensure we started on time when another job ran over.

He arrived the following day to actual actually act as main man on the job and showed great punctuality, high personal standards of work and a consideration for our home, clearing and vacuuming every night to minimise the dirt and disruption.

All the trades people sent were very professional, worked to high standards be it plastering, flooring or electrical, and clearly were well used to working together. We were expecting to have to put up with a skip to clear a lot of waste from both unit and wall removal but a logistics exercise ensure it was taken away as it happened as well as delivering supplies on an as needed basis, which minimised the storage disruption to ourselves.

We also had some travel plans during the project and these were accommodated so professionally.

Well here we are now at the end we are really are very pleased with both the process and the outcome and have had no hesitation endorsing Timbercraft to anyone we come across.

The whole experience with Timbercraft is to be highly recommended. From initial discussion in their Clevedon showroom to final sign-off has been a journey with the perfect kitchen as its destination.

We gave him a blank canvas with which to work and he didn't disappoint. The suggested design was perfect and would, ultimately, create a stunning kitchen that is both beautiful and practical.

We opted for the Hunton range in a combination of Dust and Dove Grey with Unistone worktops in Carrara Misterio. The grey and white tones have been augmented by a bespoke glass splashback behind the hob to provide a colourful accent.

The team of craftspeople were faultless, punctual, courteous, skilful, accommodating and very good a consuming tea and coffee. A particular nod to the installer for his attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for Christmas.

We did make a couple of changes to choice of appliance but these were accommodated without issue and any minor tweaks were readily dealt with.

The kitchen is an absolute joy and a delightful place to be. Perfection on a plate!!!

Just had half kitchen installed, the whole work was done speedily and efficiently they were all superb i cannot fault any part of the work and will happily recommend timbercraft and the team.

Timbercraft have replaced our three bathrooms and our kitchen / breakfast room and utility room - the service has been first class. Not the cheapest BUT worth every penny as the service covers planning, project management and installation. The service is top notch - lots of phone calls to let you know who is coming when and to do what, excellent work, and timely rectification of any minor snags. The only separate bit to arrange is the flooring.

I would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again if I ever move.

Timbercraft were great to work with from the design to the workmanship. The kitchen fitter took pride in his work and the final product exceeded expectations. The tiler, plasterer, electrian, plumber were also very skilled and experienced staff who were friendly and trustworthy.

We liked every aspect of our kitchen and do not regret any of our decisions. The splash back was the last element to arrive and it gave the pop of colour we wanted.

We would highly recommend them. All work was delivered in the timescale.

Timbercraft completed a job in our industrial unit, they were able to offer lots of helpful suggestions and even with some complications along the way (not their fault) the job was completed to an excellent standard.

What an amazing team! Everyone of the skilled people who worked on my new kitchen have to get a five star rating from me. The whole process was expertly managed, the quality of the workmanship was superb and the care and attention to every part of the installation was a lesson in quality. And the clean up afterwards was amazing. No mess,cardboard etc.

There were no great stacks of boxes, everything arrived as needed and everyone was very careful about opening and closing doors as I have an escape artist dog.

All in all can't rate Timbercraft highly enough and no, I don't work for them!!
