Space Kitchens Disaster

My sister ordered a kitchen from Space Kitchens. They did a very good job of selling it to her but that was where the quality ended. She had a fully tiled kitchen already but the new installation meant that some of the existing tiles would have to be replaced. The salesmen insisted that he could source the original tiles and that it would be no problem. When the fitter eventually started work (a week late) he informed my sister that he didn't have the tiles and that the salesman who assured her that he could supply replacements had left the company. Instead of asking for a refund she just let them get on with it. The end result was a DISASTER, the tiling ended up being finished by my brother, the mastic seals around the work tops look like they were done by a 7 year old using a lollistick. There was some pipework that needed casing in which they did. Unfortunately the end result left alot to be desired.
My sister isn't very good at confrontation and foolishly paid the full amount to the fitter before he completed the job. Surprisingly he never came back to finish the job and she has just let it drop.
May I say that the kitchen itself is very nice and the quality is plain to see. Unfortunately the fitter was USELESS and a very bad liar. The overall job took over 2 months to complete. He made every excuse under the sun but it was obvious that he had taken on too many jobs and was trying to keep too many balls in the air, because she didn't complain too him or the company he put her to the bottom of the pile. The fitters name was John and teh Project Manager was called Eric, if you see either of these anywhere near your kitchen I would advise you to decline their services
