Nothing was too much trouble from the Salesman's helpful, non pushy and flexible approach to aftercare service attending to every little detail.
After looking at other major kitchen companies and feeling their main objective was to extract maximum cash through persistent sales techniques then it was a pleasure to deal with people who let the product and service led approach speak for them. The kitchen is just right for our needs and having had it in use for a few months the quality is exceptional. We had a couple of snagging problems including an extractor that that wasn't right for the job. All resolved/replaced without question and at no cost...
