I don't even know where to start. I have had such a poor experience with Magnet in Esher that I wanted to warn other potential customers of what issues they could face. It all started so positively in the showroom, yet once we handed over the money it went from bad to worse.

We were told the kitchen would take 3-4 weeks. I am now in week 13 and STILL waiting for my kitchen to be finished, but nobody at Magnet will respond to my calls or emails. It's beyond a joke.

I won't go into every ounce of detail but our problems have ranged from missing parts, waiting weeks for new ones to be delivered, mistakes in the install, constant chasing of magnet and subcontractors to do fixes, numerous unanswered emails and phone messages. It is impossible to get anyone to speak to you in the showroom.

I really would warn against them. Yes they are competitive on price, and in fairness I am happy with the quality of my kitchen, but it has been 3 relentless months of constant issues and stress, exarcerbated by the fact they are demonstrating zero customer service and ignoring all our attempts to contact them. Decidely poor showing from a well-established high street chain. I expected much better and now wish I had gone with a smaller local firm.

I have moved beyond anger and upset to just being so fed up I want to draw a line under it ... sadly I am still waiting, and waiting, and waiting for them to finish off the last bits of my kitchen (missing interiors, shelves, caulking of tiles etc)
