Ordered a kitchen over 8 months ago and paid in full. They still haven't completed the job, 1st the Franchise manager does a runner and avoids all your calls and msgs then Director of the company starts avoiding you!! total shambles of a company who don't care about customer sentiments and will give you and your family nothing but Pain and Anguish. Obviously they have NO shame with how they have messed us around, but honestly go elsewhere for your kitchen eventually they will show ur back to you!

Thanks to the person I dealt with and the team for our beautiful new Kitchen. It’s refreshing to work with a company who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Excellent after care and most importantly we love the kitchen itself.

We are extremely happy with our Intoto Kitchen which perfectly compliments our house extension and provides a large kitchen and dining space for the whole family.

From the start of the project, there wasn’t lots of collaboration on creating a design that we were completely happy with. The knowledge and experience of placing certain cupboards, drawers and appliances in the right location has fully maximised the useability.

The installation was extremely efficient and the fitters made a number of bespoke elements, which really shows their craftsmanship and ability to create a unique space.

We were informed throughout the whole process and are delighted with the end result. Especially as this part of the house has been a year or so in the planning.

We investigated 4 Kitchen local Companies before we found INTOTO of Yeovil

From then on they advised us of all the options and designed for us the perfect solution to our needs.

Now fully installed on time and working perfectly we would advise all to use INTOTO for their new Kitchen

My requirements were listened to during the design and I was shown plenty of options as I had not realised there is so much to choose from. Intoto kept me regularly updated throughout the design, ordering and delivery. The kitchen fitters were organised and tidy and did a great job in good time. The kitchen is amazing and there is no question about recommending Intoto to friends.

We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen, the look and quality are both fantastic.

The service was really beyond our expectations. We were fully supported throughout the process from beginning to end. We picked these because of our initial meetings with the person I dealt with. He listened and stuck to our budget and didn't try to tell us it wasn't enough before even asking what we were looking for ..... which is what happened with other local businesses. He guided us easily through the selection process and was honest and informative.

On site the fitters were friendly and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble - and I mean nothing. The were quick and clean.

The Owner and the other person I dealt with followed up on a regular basis.

Our kitchen really is stunning and I cannot recommend the two people I dealt with  enough to anyone looking to buy or refit their next kitchen.

The person I dealt with and the team at In Toto are super helpful and knowledgeable when designing and fitting your kitchen & worktop.

We were very happy with the kitchen we bought at in-toto Teddington. The kitchen was of a high quality and the service was excellent.

The team at intoto had very good design ideas and we managed to get the best out of our space.

Our kitchen is fabulous - better than expected. We cannot fault the superb customer service from the start to finish of this project. Our need to keep within budget was met at every stage and despite working to a reasonably tight budget we have a fabulous high spec kitchen which we cannot fault in any way and which has received many many admiring comments.

We would go out of our way to recommend Intoto Kitchens and it’s staff. There is nothing we would fault either on customer service and customer care side - or on the units and appliances suggested and installed.

We would not hesitate to use Intoto again.

Fantastic quality kitchen, great customer service from the moment we first stepped into the shop to our kitchen being in. The design of the kitchen was done using CAD software but then we were given the designs on a PowerPoint which we could then review in our own time. This enabled us to make changes as we went along and helped us to get exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the site visits during the build were great too. The fitter that Intoto use was brilliant and he was also able to do the building work too which has been completed to a very high standard. We love our new kitchen and the whole Intoto experience was amazing.
