I was able to get a much wider selection of sizes on this website compared to others, and so was able to find a size that matched my requirement, and pricing was ok.

delivery was not quite so good, as the valves came in one delivery and the radiator on a separate delivery, which was one day later than advised and expected, so caused a few logistic/practical problems

but overall ok

I ordered a lovely traditional looking towel rail, which was delivered, as promised, the next working day. Very well packaged too. It looks great in my bathroom, very classy. I would definitely recommend the website!

This is the 2nd of these I have bought from you. We have a house in Northern Cyprus and got the towel rails here - only trouble is they come with an element that just gets hotter & hotter! no good for when small grandchildren come to visit :-( So, I place my order, to be sent to my house in UK when I'm on my way home and 'Hey Presto' really quick delivery, great instructions so I can take the 'killer' element out & replace with your fantastic thermostatic one! Many thanks for great service yet again!

Still waiting for towell rads to be dispatched. I ordered them online and they showed in stock, however next day one of your staff informed me that the larger rad wasn't in stock and I am still waiting for radiator and I need ASAP. It is causing delay in tiling for bathrooms.

I haven't seen them yet so can't judge if could value or not.

There was a problem with the delivery company who lost our heated towel rail. When it did not arrive we phoned the delivery company who were not particularly helpful. We then phoned Heated Towel Rails 4U who immediately investigated the problem and had a replacement sent out next working day for next day delivery. Everything arrived as it should. Towel rail looks good, but is not yet fitted. Waiting for wallpapering etc.
